Terms and Conditions for XTech Minds Online Bootcamp

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our online bootcamp services (collectively referred to as the “Site” and “Services”). By enrolling in our programs or using our Site, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from participating.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Site and Services, you affirm that you have read and understood these Terms. If you are using the Site or Services on behalf of an entity, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on that entity’s behalf.

2. Changes to Terms

XTech Minds reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our Site. Your continued use of the Services after changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms. Please review these Terms regularly.

3. Eligibility

To enroll in our programs, participants must demonstrate a commitment to learning and career development. No prior experience is required, but applicants will undergo a review process to ensure alignment with the goals and standards of XTech Minds. By enrolling, you confirm that you are prepared to engage fully with the program and meet our eligibility criteria.

4. Course Content and Delivery

XTech Minds offers live classes taught by industry leaders and professionals. The course content is designed to provide you with the skills needed to kickstart your tech career. We reserve the right to modify course content, instructors, or schedules as necessary.

5. Program Requirements

Participants are expected to:

  • Attend all scheduled classes, If things come up, review the code of conduct for missed time allowances.
  • Complete assignments and projects on time.
  • Actively engage with course materials and discussions.

Successful completion of the program is contingent upon meeting these requirements. For detailed program requirements, please refer to our Program Requirements Document.

6. Code of Conduct

To maintain a positive learning environment, all participants are expected to adhere to the following Code of Conduct:

  • Treat all instructors and fellow participants with respect and courtesy.
  • Engage in constructive discussions and provide supportive feedback.
  • Refrain from any form of harassment, discrimination, or intimidation.
  • Follow proper etiquette during live classes, including muting when not speaking and being attentive.

Failure to adhere to this Code of Conduct may result in disciplinary action, including removal from the program. For more details, refer to our Code of Conduct Document.

7. Payment and Refund Policy

Deposit Refund

To secure your seat in the program, a $500 deposit is required upon acceptance. If you withdraw after paying the deposit but before the program officially begins, you will be eligible for a full refund of the deposit amount.

Pro-Rated Refund

If you withdraw during the first two weeks of the program, you will receive a pro-rated refund based on your attendance. You will be charged for each day attended, starting from the second day, while the first introductory day is not charged. For example, if you attend for two days and then withdraw, you will be billed for those two days. The remaining amount will be refunded to you.

Refund Eligibility Ends After Two Weeks

Refund requests will not be honored for withdrawals made after the first two weeks of the program. Once the two-week period has elapsed, all payments are non-refundable.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use XTech Minds for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • Harass, threaten, or intimidate other participants or instructors.
  • Disrupt live classes or engage in behavior that negatively affects the learning environment.

9. Academic Dishonesty

All participants are expected to uphold the highest standards of academic integrity. Engaging in dishonest behavior, such as cheating, plagiarism, or submitting work that is not your own, will not be tolerated and may result in expulsion from the program without a refund.

10. Disclaimers

XTech Minds is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. While we strive to equip you with the knowledge and skills necessary to succeed in your tech career, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes, such as employment or career advancement, as a result of your participation in our programs. Our goal is to support and empower you on your journey, and your success will depend on your dedication and efforts.

11. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall XTech Minds be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the bootcamp.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless XTech Minds, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, and employees from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Site and Services.

13. Intellectual Property Rights

All course materials, content, and branding associated with XTech Minds are owned by XTech Minds. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our materials without express written permission.

14.Governing Law  

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

15.Severability 

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will still apply.
