Refund Policy

REFUND POLICY:

Deposit Refund: To secure your seat in the program, a $500 deposit is required upon acceptance. If you decide to withdraw after paying the deposit but before the program officially begins, you will be eligible for a full refund of the deposit amount.

Pro-Rated Refund: If you withdraw during the first two weeks of the program, you will receive a pro-rated refund based on your attendance. Specifically, you will be charged for each day you attended, starting from the second day, while the first introductory day is not charged. For example, if you attend for two days and then choose to withdraw, you will be billed for those two days of attendance. The remaining amount, after deducting the charges for the attended days, will be refunded to you.

Refund Eligibility Ends After Two Weeks: Refund requests will not be honored for withdrawals made after the first two weeks of the program. Once the two-week period has elapsed, all payments are non-refundable. This policy is in place to cover the costs associated with program administration and resource allocation.

Refund Calculation: Refunds are calculated as follows:

Initial Two Weeks: During the first two weeks, you will be charged for each day you attend, starting from the second day, with the first introductory day being excluded from the charges. The total refund amount will be the difference between the paid amount and the charges for the days attended.

After Two Weeks: No refunds will be provided for any withdrawals or absences after the two-week period has concluded. All fees paid beyond this point are non-refundable.
